Refund Policy
Our school’s policy is that once the class for Traffic Survival School has started, the school fee is non-refundable. In the event that you need to reschedule your class with Crossroads Traffic Survival School, there is no fee. A minimum deposit of $20 is mandatory and non-refundable to ensure a place in any in-person class. The total class cost will be deducted from this deposit. Non-attendance without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Please continue to read to find out more about our Privacy Policy.
In any case, from the time of registration, you have 60 days from signing up to complete traffic survival school. If you have not completed a class within 60 days, the school fee is non-refundable. This is part of our Traffic Survival School Privacy Policy.

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices of our company and its subsidiaries. This notice applies solely to the information we collect on this website.
Crossroads Traffic Survival School is the sole owner of the information we collect from you on this website. We only have access to the information we collect from you and that you voluntarily provide to us through the registration page of this website, telephonically, in hardcopy, or by e-mail, as required by the National Safety Council and for the purposes of a traffic survival school course. Our Traffic Survival School Privacy Policy ensures this information is protected.
We retain the information we collect about you in an offline private archival database for 3 years, as required by the National Safety Council. Additionally, we collect credit/debit card information (number, expiration date, CVV and zip code) from you for the sole purpose of collecting the fees related to the traffic survival school course. We adhere strictly to our Traffic Survival School Privacy Policy during this process.
Crossroads will share your information with the National Safety Council through which you received your order for traffic survival school. Crossroads Traffic Survival School will only share your information with other third parties outside of our organization with the sole purpose of fulfilling your MVR requirements and/or court orders.
We take precautions to protect your information. Our website is secured where all of our web pages are encrypted and transmitted on a secured socket layer (SSL). You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in the web address box, or the status line of your browser, or by looking for https:// at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Employees who need the information to perform specific jobs, such as accounting or customer service, access personally identifiable information. We keep the computers and servers that store this information in a secure environment.

Once you have submitted your registration and payment for an online Arizona traffic survival school (tss) class or a traditional in-person (tss) class, you have AGREED to the terms and conditions above.
In accordance with the Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) guidelines, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- To maintain visual presence on camera throughout the instructional sessions.
- You agree to actively engage in the program.
- If you do not comply with these guidelines, we will remove you from the class, and you will need to reschedule.
Please note that successful completion of the traffic survival school program and receipt of a completion certificate are contingent upon your adherence to these terms and conditions.
