Crossroads Traffic Survival School was founded to create a Traffic Survival School experience that leaves a lasting impact. Ryan believes every student deserves more than a class that simply checks a box. Every class is taught with intention, using meaningful discussions, real-life experiences, and practical lessons to help students think differently about the choices they make behind the wheel and leave better prepared to make safer, more confident decisions every day.

Why I Started Crossroads
Crossroads Traffic Survival School was never part of my plan. In fact, it wasn’t something I had ever imagined myself doing. But God had a different plan.
Long before Crossroads existed, God was transforming my own life. Through His grace, He changed my perspective, my priorities, and the purpose I wanted my life to serve. Looking back, I can clearly see how He was preparing me for something I never expected.
As I sought His direction, God continually brought me back to 2 Timothy 2 and Isaiah 43. Those chapters became a source of guidance, encouragement, and peace, reminding me to faithfully serve others, trust His leading, and step forward in faith even when I couldn’t see what was ahead.
The name Crossroads carries a meaning that is deeply personal to me. Throughout life, we all come to crossroads—moments when we must choose between different paths. At every crossroads in life, the direction we choose today often determines the destination we reach tomorrow. When I came to my own crossroads, I had a decision to make. I could continue down the road that felt familiar and secure, or I could step into the unknown where I believed God was leading me. Choosing to trust Him wasn’t the easiest path, but it was the right one.
That step of faith became Crossroads Traffic Survival School.
Today, Crossroads is about far more than teaching an eight-hour class. Every student who walks through our doors has a unique story, and I believe every person deserves to be treated with respect, encouraged rather than judged, and reminded that one decision does not define who they are. My prayer is that every class reflects the love, grace, and purpose God has shown me, while encouraging students to make wise decisions that help create safer roads for today’s drivers and for future generations.
Everything we do at Crossroads is built on that foundation, and I am grateful for the opportunity God has given me to live out that calling every time I step into the classroom.
