Refund Policy
It is our school’s policy that once class for Traffic Survival School has started, the school fee is non-refundable. In the event that you need to reschedule your class with Crossroads Traffic Survival School there is no fee to reschedule. To ensure a place in any in-person class, a minimum deposit of $20 is mandatory and non-refundable. This deposit will be deducted from the total class cost. Non-attendance without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
In any case, from the time of registration you have 60 days from sign up to complete traffic survival school. If you have not completed a class within the 60 days the school fee is non-refundable.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices of our company and its subsidiaries. This notice applies solely to the information we collect on this website.
We are the sole owners of the information we collect from you on this website. We only have access to the information we collect from you and that you voluntarily provide to us through the registration page of this website, telephonically, in hardcopy, or by e-mail, as required by the National Safety Council and for the purposes of a traffic survival school course.
The information we collect about you is retained in an offline private archival database for 3 years as required by the National Safety Council. Additionally, we collect credit/debit card information (number, expiration date, CVV and zip code) from you for the sole purpose of collecting the fees related to the traffic survival school course. W
We will share your information with the National Safety Council through which you received your order for traffic survival school. We will only share your information with other third parties outside of our organization with the sole purpose of fulfilling your MVR requirements and/or court orders.
We take precautions to protect your information. Our website is secured where all of our web pages are encrypted and transmitted on a secured socket layer (SSL). You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in the web address box, or the status line of your browser, or by looking for https:// at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, accounting or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using this website, you AGREE to the following terms and conditions:
-that you meet the eligibility requirements as outlined on this website, and, as set forth by the Arizona Legislature and the National Safety Council and MVD;
-that you have read, understand and agree to our “Privacy Policy” ;
-that you have read, understand and agree to our “Refund Policy” ;
-that you have not registered with multiple schools for an Traffic Survival School program;
-that the person cited on the ticket is the person participating in the program;
-that you will not dispute or file a chargeback with your card issuing bank;
Once you have submitted your registration and payment for an online Arizona traffic survival school (tss) class or a traditional in-person (tss) class, you have AGREED to the terms and conditions above.
In accordance with the Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) guidelines, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- To maintain visual presence on camera throughout the instructional sessions.
- You agree to actively engage in the program.
- Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in your removal from the class and will need to be rescheduled.
Please note that successful completion of the traffic survival school program and receipt of a completion certificate are contingent upon your adherence to these terms and conditions.
