Legal Terms and Conditions for Traffic Survival School Enrollment
Non-Refundable Fees: Once a class has commenced, the fees paid for Traffic Survival School are strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Students may reschedule their class up to two times without incurring a fee.
- After two reschedules, a fee of $10 will apply for each subsequent rescheduling.
Deposit Requirement:
- A minimum deposit of $20 is required to secure your spot in any in-person or virtual class.
- This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total class fees.
Workbook Fee:
- Virtual students requiring a new workbook will be responsible for an additional fee of $20.
Non-Attendance Policy:
- Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and full payment for the class will be required.
Completion Deadline:
- Students have 60 days from the date of registration to complete Traffic Survival School.
- If the course is not completed within this time frame, both the school fee and the deposit become non-refundable, and full payment for the class will be owed.

The Company uses Acuity Scheduling to facilitate appointment management and to store personal information pertinent to your bookings. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact details, class registration information (including driver’s license number, date of birth, and mailing address, withdrawal number/customer number), and appointment history.
Consent
By scheduling a class with the Company, you provide your consent to the secure storage and processing of your personal information within the Acuity Scheduling system. This data is utilized solely for the purpose of managing and scheduling your appointments.
Data Security
The Company ensures that all personal information is handled with the utmost care and is protected by appropriate security measures to maintain confidentiality and integrity.

Once you have submitted your registration and payment for an online Arizona traffic survival school (tss) class or a traditional in-person (tss) class, you have AGREED to the terms and conditions above.
In accordance with the Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) guidelines, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- To maintain visual presence on camera throughout the instructional sessions.
- You agree to actively engage in the program.
- If you do not comply with these guidelines, we will remove you from the class, and you will need to reschedule.
Please note that successful completion of the traffic survival school program and receipt of a completion certificate are contingent upon your adherence to these terms and conditions.
