The Arizona MVD requires an approved waiver to attend Traffic Survival School (TSS) virtually via Zoom.
During registration, when asked “Do you have a waiver?”, select “I do not have a waiver submitting via email.”
After registration, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your waiver request (please check your spam folder). The process is simple and typically takes just a few minutes to complete.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and approval when selecting your class date.

Request to speak with a Tier 2 Representative to submit a virtual Traffic Survival School (TSS) waiver.
If asked why you need to attend virtually, explain your circumstances. Qualifying circumstances may include transportation difficulties, work obligations, family responsibilities, financial hardship, or health-related concerns.
Step 2: Receive Your Approval
Waiver approval typically takes 24-48 hours. Once approved, the MVD will upload your waiver approval letter to your AZ MVD Now account. You can access it under “My Documents.”
Step 3: Send Us Your Approval Letter
Once your waiver is approved, please download or take a screenshot of your approval letter and send it to Crossroads using either option below:
