These Terms & Conditions explain the rules and responsibilities associated with using our website, registering for classes, and participating in our Traffic Survival School services.
Please review these terms before completing your registration.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a class and affirmatively accepting our registration agreement, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our applicable enrollment policies.
Our Refund, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Enrollment Policy provides additional information regarding payments, refunds, deposits, rescheduling, attendance, and registration expiration.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information.
These policies are available on our website and should be reviewed before registration.
2. Traffic Survival School Services
Crossroads Traffic Survival School provides Arizona Traffic Survival School instruction in accordance with applicable Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) requirements and program regulations.
Traffic Survival School is separate from Defensive Driving School and does not serve the same purpose.
Students are responsible for confirming the course required by their MVD assignment, court order, or other applicable directive.
Crossroads also accommodates voluntary participation when permitted under applicable program requirements.
3. Registration & Eligibility
Students may reserve class dates through our online scheduling system, Acuity Scheduling.
An online reservation does not independently confirm that a student has an active MVD or court assignment.
Crossroads must verify applicable eligibility requirements before admitting a student to the official Traffic Survival School course.
Students are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration, including their name, date of birth, driver’s license information, contact information, and other required details.
Providing inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading registration information may result in delays, cancellation of a reservation, or inability to participate in a scheduled class.
Students should contact Crossroads if they believe their registration information is incorrect.
4. Class Fees & Payments
The regular Traffic Survival School class fee is $170.
A $10 cash discount is available, reducing the total class cost to $160 when the applicable balance is paid in cash.
A $20 reservation deposit may be paid online to reserve a class date. The deposit is applied toward the total class fee.
Students paying a $20 online deposit owe:
– $140 when paying the remaining balance in cash. – $150 when paying the remaining balance by credit or debit card.
All outstanding class balances must be paid before instruction begins.
Payment, cancellation, deposit, refund, and rescheduling conditions are governed by our Refund, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Enrollment Policy.
5. Attendance & Course Completion
Students are responsible for attending their scheduled class on time and participating in all required instruction and activities.
Students who arrive late, leave early, miss required instruction, or fail to meet participation requirements may be unable to complete their scheduled course.
A completion certificate will be issued or reported only after the student has satisfied applicable completion requirements.
Crossroads cannot guarantee that attendance alone will satisfy a student’s requirements if the student fails to complete the course successfully.
6. Registration Expiration & Rescheduling
Students have 60 calendar days from their original Crossroads registration date to complete the course, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Rescheduling does not restart this period.
Students generally receive two complimentary reschedules. Each additional approved reschedule is subject to a $10 fee.
Students who do not complete their class within the registration period may forfeit previously paid fees and be required to register and pay again.
Missed classes, emergencies, cancellation requests, school-initiated changes, and applicable exceptions are addressed in our Refund, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Enrollment Policy.
Separate deadlines established by the MVD or a court remain the student’s responsibility.
7. Classroom Conduct
Crossroads is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
Students are expected to follow reasonable instructor directions, participate appropriately, and treat instructors and other participants respectfully.
Disruptive, threatening, harassing, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from class.
Students removed for misconduct after instruction begins may be required to register and pay again to complete the course, as explained in our Refund, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Enrollment Policy.
Crossroads will apply its conduct requirements in accordance with applicable nondiscrimination and disability-accommodation laws.
8. Virtual Class Participation
Crossroads offers live virtual Traffic Survival School instruction through Zoom for students who have the required MVD authorization or waiver.
Students attending virtual classes are responsible for meeting applicable technical, identification, attendance, and participation requirements communicated before class.
Students must have access to the necessary technology, reliable internet connectivity, and required class materials, subject to applicable reasonable accommodations.
Virtual students must participate throughout the required instructional period and follow instructor directions.
Technical difficulties, attendance problems, or failure to satisfy course requirements may prevent successful completion.
Workbook shipping, replacement fees, and expedited delivery charges are explained in our Refund, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Enrollment Policy.
9. Optional Additional MVD Services
Crossroads may provide information or assistance regarding additional services that students may need to satisfy MVD requirements.
These services may include:

Students may voluntarily request referrals by selecting the appropriate options during registration.
When students affirmatively request and authorize a referral, Crossroads may share their name, phone number, and selected service needs with the applicable provider.
Referral partners operate independently and are responsible for their own services, pricing, communications, and privacy practices.
Crossroads does not guarantee the availability, pricing, performance, or outcome of services provided by independent referral partners.
